A difficult message from us

After much reflection, we have made the decision to pause our work at Elevate Menopause and step away from this project for now.

We are incredibly grateful for the support, encouragement, and interest we have received along the way. Creating this space has been a meaningful journey, and we remain deeply passionate about supporting women to navigate health and wellbeing in midlife.

For now, we are taking time to reflect on what comes next.

Thank you for being part of our journey. We have had a blast.

Why Menopause feels harder than it should

Midlife women are often given too much information and too little clarity,  leaving them overwhelmed rather than supported.

Elevate Menopause exists to change that.

For many women, menopause isn’t one problem to solve. It’s a transition. 

Conflicting advice. Shifting bodies. Busy lives. High expectations.
You might be doing “all the right things” and still not feel well.

What’s often missing isn’t effort or motivation, we know you’re trying… it’s integration.
Clear guidance that accounts for stress, sleep, movement, nutrition, identity, and mental load, not in isolation, but together.

We created Elevate Menopause to offer a more clear and supportive way forward

We work from the understanding that health in midlife is shaped by interacting systems of the biological, psychological, and social. No single intervention stands alone, and no woman’s life can be reduced to a single ‘do this’ protocol.

Our work integrates:

  • lifestyle medicine

  • psychological insight

  • evidence-based education
    with the realities of modern, demanding lives.

We aim to support understanding first… because sustainable change comes from clarity, not pressure.
